We thought we'd kick this year off with something new.
We added a New Service for Kansas City Metro Area Homeowners and Building Managers.

Soft Wash!

Soft washing is a process to clean the exterior of homes and buildings that are soiled with dirt, dust, grime, smoke, mold, algae, spores, etc.  There are 2 distinguishing parts of the process that are critical to building exterior cleaning without damaging the surface, they are:

1. Soaking exterior with a solution that loosens the dirt, smoke and other substances that discolor and soil the exterior.  The solution is also a mold killing mildewcide, algaecide to get rid of any mold, mildew and algae by killing it in addition to washing off the surface discoloration.
   
   
2. Rinsing the solution off with a lightly pressurized stream of water.  The light pressure insures a clean rinse without damaging the surface being washed.
