I'm Jeff Ring, owner and operator of JT's Power Washing Pros, LLC. I got my start in Carpet Cleaning in 1987 and I've grown the company into a general cleaning company for residential, commercial and industrial cleaning solutions.
JT's Power Washing Pros is focused on the pressure washing component to our businesses. Over the years of experience we've gained an expertise that our customers rely on when we come to clean their various surfaces.

Pressure Washing Tools & Equipment
The most common way to pressure wash is with a hand-held wand. The positive features are that the operator can get into and around almost any cleaning challenge. But, the negatives are that it's very difficult to do an even, consistent cleaning on flat areas with a wand due to the varying pressure that the surface is hit with depending on the angle and distance of the pressure tip. This leads to striping effects that does not look uniform and can, in some cases, be more unsightly than the original look.
We utilize both surface cleaners and pressure wands in tandem to mitigate uneven cleaning. We also choose the right pressure tip for the job. Tips create varying sizes of spray and can also be rotary.

Soaps and Chemicals
The types of soaps and chemicals we use can vary greatly depending on the specific needs of the job at hand.
The soaps and detergents we use include environmentally friendly and biodegradable options, as well as heavy-duty degreasers for tough stains and buildup.
Other chemicals that may be used include bleach for removing mold and mildew, as well as acid-based solutions for concrete and masonry cleaning.
We are experts in carefully considering the appropriate chemicals and soaps for each job to ensure that the job is done effectively and safely.
Protecting Your Property
The first thing we do to protect customers' property when pressure washing is to assess the area that is going to be cleaned. We look for any vulnerable areas such as plants, outdoor furniture, fragile surfaces and other areas that could be damaged by the pressurized blast and run-off water.
We then decide on the best approach to insure no damage will occur while we work. While at the same time, the areas we're hired to clean will be cleaned to the customers' satisfaction.
We use drop cloths and/or deflecting panels to prevent damage from the pressurized water blast. In addition, we adjusting the pressure, angle and tip type as well. We make sure any run-off will not damage lawns or other surfaces
We believe it's important to communicate with the customers beforehand and let them know what precautions we will take to ensure their property remains safe. With these measures in place, customers' property will be protected while we achieve a great pressure washing result.
