Flat Surface Pressure Washing We Offer in Kansas City
There are many reasons to call us! Surfaces can get soiled and stained in a number of ways. Here's a list of the more common applications.
|
Grease and Foot-Traffic Dirt
Commercial buildings suffer a lot from foot-traffic from the parking lot to the building entryways and sidewalks. We use cold water for foot traffic and high heat and high pressure with a surface cleaning accessory to remove all that grease and grime evenly. |
|
Gum Soda and Candy
Often, high traffic areas get littered with gum, candy and soda stains. We remove each issue with a concentrated super headed high pressure water stream. Usually this is our first step, finishing off with the surface cleaner seen above for a nice even finish. |
|
Rust Stains
If you're dealing with rust stains in your parking lot, loading docks or walkways, we have the solution! Literally, a rust removing solution finished off with a high pressure wash can make concrete look almost new again. |

Power Washing - FlatworkIn the short video, notice that we're using a standard Pressure Washing Wand on the left. A Surface Cleaner center and a Water Extraction Vacuum on the right.
Most other companies would use the Wand and/or the Surface Cleaner, but we also have the ability to remove the dirty water that remains after the power wash! This is HUGE! It means that with our Water Extraction Vacuum we can always leave our customers with no dirty standing water to evaporate and start the staining process all over again. Nor will dirty water be tracked onto the clean pavement and concrete we've just cleaned. Pressure Washing Wand The most common way to pressure wash is with a hand-held wand. The positive features are that the operator can get into and around almost any cleaning challenge. But, the negatives are that it's very difficult to do an even, consistent cleaning on flat areas with a wand due to the varying pressure that the surface is hit with depending on the angle and distance of the pressure tip. This leads to striping effects that does not look uniform and can, in some cases, be more unsightly than the original look. We utilize both surface cleaners and pressure wands in tandem to mitigate uneven cleaning. Pressure Washing Surface Cleaners In the early 80's, Serface Cleaners began to be popular ways to clean surface areas. They are perfect for getting a nice uniform clean over a larger flat surface. They hold the pressure tip at the exact same distance and angle above the area to be cleaned resulting in a super evenly cleaned job. They are the perfect solution to open area flat surface cleaning. Water Extraction Vaccuum Dirty Water Extraction is paramount to finishing a large surface cleaning job that does not have good drainage or has a low spot where all the dirty water will collect when the job is done. |
